The FY26 allocation for the Heartland Continuum of Care is $197,205. Please complete this letter of intent form for projects for the State ESG Program. Completed letters of intent are due by 5 PM on Tuesday, June 10. Late applications will not be accepted.

Based on community need, the highest priorities for funding consideration are:
(1) Rapid Rehousing
(2) Emergency Shelter Case Management Expansion
(3) Street Outreach Staff
