Peer Community Outreach Specialist - Springfield

Agency: Family Guidance Center
Employment Type: Full-time 
Summary: Connect individuals experiencing homelessness and substance use challenges with treatment and recovery services. This role conducts community outreach, provides overdose prevention education and supplies, builds partnerships with shelters and service providers, and helps individuals access behavioral health care and other community resources. Ideal candidates are passionate about outreach, recovery support, and serving vulnerable populations.
