The Heartland Continuum of Care is beginning the process of allocating FY27 State of IL Homelessness Prevention Grant Funding. 

The FY27 allocation for the Heartland Continuum of Care was $400,000.

Important Dates:
- May 5 at 4:30 PM - Letters of Intent are Due
- May 7 - Heartland Continuum of Care Board Approves Allocation

To apply complete the HP LOIand submit a budget by 4:30 PM on May 5th. Late applications will not be accepted.
